Team Administrator
Generic Business Function, Liverpool

Grade: CS3

Salary: £21,262 per annum to £25,014 per annum 

 
About the role:

A good knowledge of word and Excel is essential as there will be a requirement to produce and update spreadsheets and charts.

Key elements of the role are:

• Ensuring audited records are kept current and accurate so that all examinations, assessments and checks are performed to specification.

• Being the local contact point for internal and external customers, stakeholders and staff, as appropriate.

• Note taking and general admin support

About you:

The post holder must be able to demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness and have a proven track record to work on own initiative. In addition be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.

Well organised with good IT skills in particular Microsoft office suite is also essential.

Must have demonstrated absolute integrity and trustworthiness.

Skills required:

• Proven record of ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carryout activities
• Ability to take concise and relevant notes
• Good organiser / well organised
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
